Why not October 15th through December 1st? Well, it's too wet by mid October for rock climbing around here so I end up just sitting around waiting for the snow depth to accumulate for skiing, and for the ice runnels to form up for climbing. Which pretty much sums up why you should or shouldn't bother exploring my pages -- that's pretty much what I'm into.
