British Columbia pretty much has it all... big granite faces, mild maritime climate, excellent camping and wilderness, and reliable weather.
Squamish is conveniently located about an hour north of Vancouver. It's a bit like a small Yosemite, with plenty of camping and the amentities of civilization for you softies. There is an excellent mixture of sport and trad climbing at all levels - something for everyone.
